  • We can print on customer-provided apparel, but we do not guarantee results due to the variables involved. It’s not our preferred option, but if you have a specific project in mind, reach out and we’ll discuss it.

  • Yes! We can help clean up or re-create simple artwork. For full logo design, we’re happy to recommend designers we trust. Just email us to get started.

  • We prefer vector files, but we can usually work with what you have. Best file types include SVG, PDF, or AI files. We can also use high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background. Not sure if your file will work or not? Just email it over to us and we will take a quick look and let you know.

  • Minor artwork cleanup is often included. More extensive edits or rework may incur an additional fee - we’ll always let you know before moving forward.

  • We provide a proof for your approval before production begins.

  • No. Once a proof is approved, the order moves into production and is custom-made specifically for you, so changes cannot be made after approval.

  • We use professional heat-applied transfers, including DTF-style transfers and specialty transfers for dark garments, depending on your design and apparel.

  • We can print both photos and graphics. Grahics generally produce the cleanest, boldest results, but photo printing is also available.

  • Our prints are highly durable, passing independent testing for 70+ wash cycles without significant cracking or fading. Your prints will stay bright and crisp for a long time and often outlast the garment.

    There are 40+ standard patch shapes available, or patches can be custom cut to match the shape of your logo. For full details, sizes , and examples, view the Hat Guide

  • Our leather patches are laser engraved for clean detail and long-lasting results. Once engraved, patches are professionally heat-pressed onto the hats for a secure, durable hold.

  • Turnaround times vary depending on the order size and complexity. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when your order is placed and keep you updated along the way.

    That said, most orders follow this general timeline:

    -Custom apparel printing: about 2 weeks

    -Leather patch hats: about 3 weeks

    If you’re working with a deadline, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • Our printed apparel is made to be worn and washed like everyday clothing - no special care required. We wash and wear our own printed garments regularly, just like anything else, and they hold up well over time.

    For best results, washing in cold water and drying on low heat is always a safe choice, but you don’t need to baby it.
