  • Is there a minimum order for custom apparel or leather patch hats?

    Most of our apparel is available with no minimums Minimums apply only to: Beanies (6) • All Hats (6) • Koozies (25) • Stickers (50)

  • What file types do you accept for logo printing?

    We prefer SVG, PDF, AI, or high-resolution PNG files (transparent background). If you’re unsure, send us what you have — we’ll let you know if it works.

  • What if I don’t have a logo? Can you help me design one?

    Yes! We can help clean up or recreate simple artwork. For full logo design, we can refer you to a designer. Just fill out the design form on our Custom Orders page.

  • Can you print photos or only graphics?

    We can print both! Graphics generally produce the cleanest results, but photo printing is available depending on the garment and detail.

  • Do you charge extra for artwork cleanup or file adjustment?

    Basic cleanup is often free. More detailed adjustments may include a small artwork fee — we’ll always let you know ahead of time.

  • What printing method do you use?

    We use DTF (direct-to-film) for garments and leather patch laser engraving/heat pressing for our leather patch hats.

  • How durable are your prints?

    Our prints are highly durable, passing independent testing for 70+ wash cycles without significant cracking or fading. Your prints will stay bright and crisp for a long time and often outlast the garment.

  • How long do custom garment printing orders take?

    Most custom apparel orders are completed within 2 weeks, depending on volume and garment availability.
